German Military Struggling To Find Fresh Recruits

German Defense Minister has said that the country’s armed forces cannot attract fresh recruits. The Bundeswehr, the armed forces of Germany, is struggling big time to find new recruits amid increasing Russian threat from the eastern border. The German armed forces are increasingly worried about the public’s interest in joining the military, the ministry said.

The US President has justified sending the controversial cluster bombs to Ukraine amid increasing pressure to counter Russian military advancements. Russian Fighter Jets Accidentally Bombs Own City

Russian pilots accidentally bombed their own city of Belgorod, near the Ukrainian border. A Russian Sukhoi-34 fighter-jet bombed a city square causing a 20-meter crater. Three people were injured, and several buildings collapsed nearby, according to the local administration.

25 Dead After Russian Missile Strikes A Civilian Convoy

A Russian missile struck a convoy of civilian cars about to leave for humanitarian assistance to their relatives in Russian occupied regions. The S-300 missiles struck a convoy of more than 60 cars going in and out from Russian occupied territory in the south. At Least 25 civilians were killed after the missile strike that left a huge crater on the ground.

Russia To Formally Annex 18% Of Ukrainian Territory On Friday

Putin will host an official ceremony of Annexing a large chunk of Ukrainian territory in fake referendums on Friday. Voting polls were organized by Putin-backed separatists in four major Ukrainian territories. The regions included Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. Voting for joining Russia started on 23 September and the results were announced just recently.
