Putin Ban iPhones For Kremlin Employees

In a move to tighten the security, Moscow has told the Presidential employees to get rid of their iPhones. Putin’s administrative employees are given a one-month deadline to get rid of their iPhones and replace them with some other mobile phones.

Putin Threatens Nuclear Escalation On Arming Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened to unleash nuclear weapons in his latest speech. In his speech, he suspended Russia’s participation in the only nuclear arms control agreement with the United States. Putin said that he had signed a decree to “put new ground-based strategic systems” on the ground. 

Russian Rockets Hit Multiple Ukrainian Cities Including The Capital

Russian missiles targeted Multiple cities in response to the collapse of an important Russian bridge linking Russia with Crimea. The missiles targeted Lviv, Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Dnipro and the capital Kyiv. The missiles launched by Russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure in all cities leaving massive craters afterwards.

25 Dead After Russian Missile Strikes A Civilian Convoy

A Russian missile struck a convoy of civilian cars about to leave for humanitarian assistance to their relatives in Russian occupied regions. The S-300 missiles struck a convoy of more than 60 cars going in and out from Russian occupied territory in the south. At Least 25 civilians were killed after the missile strike that left a huge crater on the ground.

Putin Wants End To War: Says Turkey’s President Erdogan

Russia wants to end the war and hold talks with the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in an interview. President Erdogan held talks with the Russian president in a meeting held in Uzbekistan on 16 September.

Russian Missiles Targeted Major Dam Causing A Flood

Central Ukrainian City came under Russian missile raids that rocked the entire city. The missiles targeted Karachunov reservoir dam that provides water to more than 650,000 people according to pre-war population census. 

Ukrainian Forces Retook 2,400 Square Miles From Russian Forces

Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, claimed to have retaken 6000 sq km territory as Ukrainian forces initiated the counter offensive in the south and eastern part of Ukraine. In a video message on Monday the president also urged the international aid, specifically air defence system, ‘‘to protect our skies’’, as he mentioned in his video message.

On Friday, a Russian official accused Ukraine of launching a helicopter strike on a gasoline store on Russian territory, as images of the facility engulfed in flames circulated.

Russia Is Going To Lose The War In Ukraine

Following a new round of peace negotiations with Ukrainians in Istanbul, Russia has decided to “dramatically” reduce its military activity in the Kyiv area, according to a top defense ministry official.
