Europeans Were Using Drugs 3,000 Years Ago, Study Finds

Scientists have discovered overwhelming evidence of ancient Europeans using drugs in Spain. The evidence which the scientists have collected reveals that people used to indulge in the hallucinogenic drugs around 3,000 years ago. The researchers were able to collect hair from burial sites on one of the islands in Spain, called Menorca. 

UK Supermarkets Limit Fruit And Vegetable Sales

UK supermarkets are trying to limit their sales of fruits and vegetables amid severe shortages. Supply chains have been severely disrupted by weather changes in Spain and Morocco, two major importers to the UK. Asda, the British supermarket chain has imposed three per-person limits on several fruits and vegetables followed by Morrisons, which has imposed a cap of two per person on several commodities.

Researchers Developed Firefighting Robot For Indoor Fire

Firefighting is one of the most dangerous professions around the world. The chances of firefighter injuries are high as they act in lethal circumstances during their missions. Researchers from Spanish universities namely Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid have developed a robot that can assist firefighters in indoor emergencies reducing chances of injury.
