Elon Musk’s brother Kimbal Musk has reduced its farm startup’s workforce and announced the closure of most of its locations. Kimbal’s Agri-Tech startup `Square Roots’ that produces herbs and salad greens under artificial lights, was co-founded by Kimbal in 2016. Business operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, will remain in service, former employees said.
