Trump Wants New Nuclear Deal, Says He Reached Out to Iran

Trump send a letter to Iran For Nuclear deals

Donald Trump wants to strike a new nuclear deal with Iran, and his first move?

A letter to its leadership—because nothing says “let’s talk” like some old-fashioned snail mail.

“I said I hope you’re going to negotiate because it’s going to be a lot better for Iran,” Trump told Fox Business, adding that military action is the alternative.

Iranian officials made it clear that as long as the U.S. keeps up economic pressure, they’re not picking up the phone.

A Move To Get Iran Nuclear Talks Going Again.

Trump’s letter is reportedly addressed to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, an 85-year-old who has strongly resisted talking to Washington.

That said, behind-the-scenes diplomacy isn’t off the table.

Enter Russia, which has volunteered to play mediator—again.

Moscow has been advising Trump to keep negotiations strictly about nukes and avoid bringing up Iran’s missiles or its influence in the Middle East.

With Israel watching closely, a Trump-brokered deal could either cool tensions or spark more chaos.

Either way, Iran’s nuclear future is a ticking clock, and everyone wants to press the pause button before it’s too late.
