Google has said its lens imaging search can identify potential multiple skin conditions. In a blog post published by Google, it said the lens image can help identify issues with the user’s skin including rashes, lip bumps, odd moles and even hair loss.
Lens Can Identify 288 Different Conditions
Google has been trying for years to integrate AI into Lens image to identify different skin conditions. After years of research and surveys, the results have been quite fascinating as the feedback the tool received was positive. Google’s lens image can now identify 284 different skin conditions with utmost accuracy.
Google Warns Results Are Informational
However Google has also warned its users that the information the tool provides is strictly for informational purposes. Google suggested medical advice on critical issues and said the results are “informational only and not a diagnosis”.
