The new movie ‘Glass Onion’ created by Netflix makes $15 million at the box office with a limited release to only 600 movie theaters.
This would make the movie the third-grossing film on domestic box office charts after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Strange World. Both of these films were played in 6 times as many movie theaters as Glass Onion.
Netflix has not confirmed these numbers yet. If the number holds true, this would be a huge win for Netflix, proving that their movies can compete with high-production movies at the theaters.
