After the 2016 election, the biggest news in the US was Russia’s interference with the election. There was a lot of speculation that Russia interfered with the US Presidential Election causing Donald Trump to win and the Russian President Vladimir Putin knew about it.
Again, after a very tight election, there is news speculation that Russia tried to interfere again. The National Intelligence Council released a declassified report on foreign threats to the 2020 federal election.
President Joe Biden was doing an interview with ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos where he said Putin would “pay a price” for alleged attempted interference.
Also when Stephanopoulos ask Biden if he thinks Putin is a killer, Biden answered “Mmhmm. I do.”
