Billionaires have lined up to support Donald Trump in his campaign to reach the White House once again, the Financial Times reported.
Conservative billionaires Liz and Dick Uihlein have decided to fund Trump’s political campaign to push back on President Biden’s efforts to cash his campaign ahead of elections.
Announcement Made Just Recently
According to the Financial Times report, the couple decided to amplify Trump’s campaign funding after the former President won 14 out of 15 primaries on Super Tuesday.
Following Nikki Haley’s departure from the arena, Trump’s chances of becoming the Republican nominee are certain, encouraging the billionaires to fuel his political fortunes.
Trump Falling Behind Biden
The report highlighted Trump’s declining campaign funding from $33 million in December to $30 million in January.
On the other hand, Democratic Party’s nomination to the Federal Election Commission his campaign ended in January with about $56 million in cash.
