The judge of the International Court of Justice who issued an arrest warrant for Putin was declared ‘wanted’ by Russia. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs declared Tomoko Akane, from Japan, wanted under the Criminal Code article of the Russian constitution.
The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladamir Putin for alleged war crimes. The Internation Criminal Court or the ICC accused the Russian President of committing war crimes against Ukrainian civilians including children. The arrest warrant was also issued for Senator Maria Lvova-Belova, Russia’s commissioner for children’s rights appointed by Putin in 2021.
