Rudy Giuliani, once hailed as “America’s Mayor,” is recovering after a frightening car crash in New Hampshire.
The 81-year-old former New York City mayor and Trump lawyer was riding in a Ford Bronco.
Another vehicle slammed into it from behind in Manchester on Saturday evening.
The impact left Giuliani with a fractured vertebra, cuts, bruises, and injuries to his arm and leg, according to his security guard, Michael Ragusa.
“He was diagnosed with serious but non-life-threatening injuries,” Ragusa confirmed.
Others involved in the crash were also hospitalized.
What’s The Twist?
Here’s the twist: just minutes earlier, Giuliani had reportedly stopped to help a woman flagging him down over a domestic violence incident.
“Mayor Giuliani immediately rendered assistance and contacted 911,” Ragusa said.
Police, already investigating the domestic dispute, then witnessed the crash unfold across the road.
Both cars were left mangled in the median.
Investigators say charges have not yet been filed against the driver who struck Giuliani’s vehicle.

Giuliani’s story has been nothing short of dramatic—from leading New York through 9/11 to becoming a close Trump ally.
And then a controversial figure in election conspiracies.
Now, he adds a near-death car crash to his long list of chapters.
Fate, it seems, hasn’t stopped throwing curveballs at “America’s Mayor.”
