First Lady Melania Trump is threatening Hunter Biden with a lawsuit worth more than $1 billion.
Why? Because he claimed she was introduced to Donald Trump by none other than Jeffrey Epstein.
Her lawyers call the remark “false, disparaging, defamatory and inflammatory.”
Biden, though, isn’t blinking. “Not going to happen,” he said when asked if he’d apologize — even suggesting he’d welcome the chance to depose both Trumps in court.
Trump has acknowledged knowing Epstein but insists they cut ties in the early 2000s.
There’s zero evidence Melania ever met her husband through him.
In fact, she’s long said they met in 1998 at a modeling agency party.
She famously refused to give him her number because he was “with a date.”
Where Did Biden’s Claim Come From?
Melania’s legal team says it’s rooted in a now-retracted Daily Beast story, which the outlet pulled after her lawyer objected.
“We’re actively ensuring immediate retractions and apologies,” her aide said.
Some see Biden’s comments as an attempt to stir up headlines. He sees the lawsuit threat as a “designed distraction.”
One thing’s certain: with calls growing to release the so-called “Epstein files,” this fight has all the drama of a political thriller.
Only this time, the stakes are real — and very, very expensive.
