Taxi Driver In Japan Suspected Of Assaulting 50 Women, Reports Say

Japan taxi driver suspected of raping 50 women, reports say.

Tokyo police have arrested a former taxi driver accused of drugging and raping a female passenger.

The story only gets more disturbing.

Authorities reportedly uncovered a chilling digital archive: around 3,000 images and videos.

These showed him assaulting dozens of women, some dating back to 2008.

“This wasn’t a one-off,” a Tokyo police spokesperson confirmed.

“He used sleeping pills to knock women unconscious before taking them home and filming the abuse.”

What Happened?

The suspect, 54, allegedly targeted women late at night, spiking their drinks and robbing them of both safety and dignity.

Traces of the drugs were even found in one victim’s hair.

He’d already been arrested last October for drugging and robbing another woman—then released.

Only to be rearrested in December for another indecent assault.

And yet, the full extent of his crimes is only now surfacing.

The reports suggest as many as 50 victims may be involved.

So how did this predator stay behind the wheel for so long?

That’s a question Japan—and the world—needs to answer. Because no one should fear the seat behind the driver.
