Would you sign a petition for $100? If you’re a Wisconsin voter, Elon Musk’s America PAC is betting you will.
In a move that has both raised eyebrows and energized conservatives, Musk’s PAC is offering Wisconsin residents a cash incentive.
The goal is to get them to sign a petition against so-called “activist judges.”
The push comes ahead of the state’s April 1 Supreme Court election, where control of the court could tilt the balance of power in the battleground state.
“Judges should interpret laws as written, not rewrite them to fit their personal or political agendas,” the petition reads.
The statement echoes Trump and Musk’s growing frustration with federal courts that have blocked key parts of the administration’s agenda.
This Isn’t Musk’s First Political Cash Splash
His PACs have already funneled nearly $20 million into the Wisconsin race, backing Republican candidate Brad Schimel against Democrat Susan Crawford.
Internal polling reportedly shows Schimel “within striking distance,” but Musk’s team believes more conservative turnout is needed to secure a win.

Beyond the immediate election, this effort is about more than just one judicial seat.
It’s a test run for Musk’s influence in shaping America’s courts and, by extension, its future.
One question remains: Will Wisconsin voters take the money, or will they see this as democracy with a price tag?
