More than 20 people have been killed so far and many thousands injured after thousands of pager devices exploded all over Lebanon.
The incident sent shockwaves around the world as regional countries prepared for an all-out war.
Lebanon-based Hezbollah group has blamed Israel for hacking the supply chain of pagers and instead fitting explosives inside it.
Lebanon Pagers Attack
The country is in shock as well as the public and the world as nothing of this sort has ever happened in the past.
The New York Times in a lengthy article has said that the pagers started exploding at around 3 pm all at once around Lebanon.
The report mentioned that the devices which the Hezbollah commanders were using for communication were tampered with before they were supplied to Lebanon.
The first pager attack took place on Tuesday and the second wave occurred on Thursday when thousands of people took to streets to mourn their loved ones.
So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
