A tragic plane crash in Oregon resulted in the deaths of three people on Saturday.
The incident involved a twin-engine Cessna aircraft, which crashed into a row of townhouses near the Troutdale Airport, located about 11 miles east of Portland.
The plane was carrying two individuals, both of whom died on impact, along with one resident of the house that was struck.
Plane Caused Fire
Upon impact, the plane crash ignited a fire that spread to multiple homes, displacing several families and injuring others.
Deputy Sheriff John Plock reported that the plane hit a power pole or tower during its descent, causing the structure to fall over before the plane collided with the townhomes.
All Three People Dead
Videos captured at the scene show intense flames and thick smoke rising from the row of houses.
The Gresham Fire Department confirmed on Sunday that all three people who were initially reported missing were dead now.
