Citizens of several foreign countries have urged their citizens to leave Lebanon as soon as possible as the country might face an all-out war.
Countries’ fear came as Iran vowed to retaliate to Israel’s assassination of a key terrorist leader in Tehran last week.
The United States has openly declared full support for Israel if the country was attacked but the announcement was not categorical regarding the context of attack.
Which Countries Have Urged Their Citizens?
Countries including Saudi Arabia, US, Australia, UK, Sweden, France, South Korea, Italy, Canada, and Jordan.
The announcement came days after Iran accused the Israeli government of assassinating the terrorist leader of Hamas.
Western officials are now worried that Iran may respond using Lebanon based Hezbollah.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that they are ready for every scenario.
US and regional allies like Jordan in contact with Iran to de-escalate the situation and urged calm.
