Calls against President Joe Biden to step down as potential candidate for the democratic party have increased after his debate with Donald Trump.
A total of five top democrats are calling upon Biden to step down from the Presidential race and give other candidates a chance to run for the White House.
The list is as follows;
Lloyd Doggett
Mr. Lloyd Doggett has been the frontrunner in asking Biden to withdraw from the race.
As a US representative of Texas, he was the first person to call for Biden’s withdrawal from the democratic party.
Seth Moulton
Seth Moulton from Massachusetts’s 6th congressional district recently advised Joe Biden to step down following the footsteps of predecessors.
Angie Craig
Angie Craig, from Minnesota’s 2nd congressional district, recently became the latest voice against Biden.
She said Biden lacked a forceful response to the former President Donald Trump.
Raúl Grijalva
US democratic party representative from Arizona, Mr. Raúl Grijalva, said in his New York Times interview that Joe Biden should hand over the responsibility to someone more capable.
Mike Quigley
Quigley acknowledge Joe Biden’s service to the nation in his interview with MSNBC and now the president should step down to “prevent utter catastrophe”
