The Ukrainian Prime Minister has said that Russia could start World War 3 if the US lawmakers didn’t approve the much needed aid package.
Denys Shmyhal told the BBC that there will be a Third World War if the US fails to approve the $61 billion aid package for Ukraine.
There Will Be Many Wars
Mr. Shmyhal urged the world community to work closely with the Ukrainian leadership otherwise there will be many wars and conflicts.
“There will be many conflicts, many such kinds of wars, and in the end of the day, it could lead to the Third World War,” he said in the interview.
Global Security System To Collapse
Mr. Shmyhal warned that the global system of security will collapse if Ukraine is not protected now.
Aid package for Ukraine is pushed against by Republicans who argue that the money be spent on US border security.
US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that he will sign the package into law once it is passed by Congress.
