To clinch the colossal prize, the winner successfully matched the six drawn numbers: 7, 11, 22, 29, 38, along with the “Mega Ball” number four.
New Jersey Lottery officials hailed it as the largest jackpot victory in state history, and 8th largest in US history.

Despite the monumental win, the lucky individual has yet to step forward to claim the prize.
The winner defied astronomical odds, with a chance of just over 302 million to one, the BBC reported.
This jackpot marks the fifth largest in Mega Millions history with the distribution of the amount still being finalized.
Winner is Anonymous
The winner has not yet revealed the identity, thanks to a 2020 law, lottery winners in New Jersey have the option to remain anonymous.
The winner faces a decision between receiving the full jackpot amount through annual payments or opting for a one-time payment of $537.5 million.
