An international Boeing cargo plane caught fire mid-air and was forced to land at Miami International Airport shortly after departure.
An Atlas Air Boeing 747 erupted into flames due to engine malfunction and was diverted back towards the airport from where it took off minutes before.

The airport officials said the plane was fine before the takeoff and they didn’t notice any fault in the engine.

Boeing, FAA and General Electric were approached for a response by Reuters, but the agency had not yet heard anything from them.
