10 Plane Pilots Refused To Fly Their Plans in India

Ten pilots refused to fly their planes, leaving 100 passengers stranded in the planes.

A report by the Indian news agency, The India Times, reported that the event took place at the Jaipur International Airport, and the pilots were actually against the Flight Time Delay Limitation (FTDL) rule.

A total of 10 plane pilots refused to fly their planes in protest against a new rule imposed by the Indian Aviation authorities.

According to the new rule, crew members cannot fly more than eight hours a day.

The Indian news reports suggested that two out of the total ten flights reached their destination late on.

Passengers Were Angry

The chaotic withdrawal from duty came as a shock to hundreds of passengers waiting for their flights.

The passengers took to social media to express their concerns about how they had been waiting for hours and the flights had not taken off.
