The Vehicle Was Entering US
According to the initial reports, the vehicle was attempting to enter the US when it exploded on the Rainbow Bridge.
The timing makes the incident more serious, as it happened one day before the Thanksgiving holiday.
BBC said the border crossing between Canada and the US was closed after the incident.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul said the law enforcement officials briefed her regarding the explosion.
“I am travelling to Buffalo to meet with law enforcement and emergency responders and will update New Yorkers”, she said.
