Russian President Vladimir Putin suffered a heart attack and was found lying on the floor by his security guards, a secret organization said.
General SVR is an organization run by an ex-Kremlin lieutenant-general, claiming intelligence links inside the Russian administration.
Putin Was Found Lying On Floor
The intelligence group said Putin was found on the floor at around 9 a.m. while having breakfast.
The report further said the security officials were quick to check on him when they heard the noise.
The President was immediately moved to a health facility inside the Kremlin, but no further details have been provided.
Russia Denies Reports
In response to the rumors, Kremlin’s spokesman said the reports were fake, and the Russian President was absolutely fine.
“These [kinds of stories] belong to the category of fake news,” the spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
The General SVR didn’t provide evidence to support its claim about Putin’s deteriorating health.
