The TikTok influencer along with her mother has been jailed at Leicester crown court for life. The 24-year-old influencer named Mahek Bukhari and her mother, Ansreen Bukhari, killed two young men, both in their twenties in 2022.
Daughter & Mother Set A Trap
The story revolved around a young man named Saqib Hussain, who had an affair with Mahek’s mother, Ansreen. As per the case, Hussain threatened to expose Ansreen by releasing her sexually explicit images, when she tried to end the relationship.
Bukharis said they lured Hussain to a car parking lot and were chased down by two cars along A46 carriageway, where Hussain crashed and hit a tree, killing him instantly.
Bukharis Jailed For Decades
Mahek and her mother Ansreen were sentenced to 31 years and eight months and 26 years and nine months respectively. Rekan Karwan and Raees Jamal, who were recruited by Bukharis to chase Hussain’s car have also been jailed for 26 years and 36 years, respectively.
