Mother Says Bloody Hunt Must End
Rubiales’s mother, Angeles Bejar, told local Spanish news agencies that the bloody hunt against her son must end. He was recently suspended by FIFA for months when the federation asked him to resign. Spanish news agency EFE announced that Bejar has gone on a hunger strike after his son was criticized heavily.
Family Asks For End To Harassment
The spokesperson for Rubiales’s family, Vanessa Ruiz, said people must stop harassing their family. Ruiz, who is also Rubiales’s cousin, said the family of Spanish football chief is suffering and asked people to leave them alone.
