A huge sunspot seven times bigger than the earth is currently visible to the naked eye. The sunspot named AR3354 first appeared on 26 July and is expected to vanish on 2 July, Sunday. The sunspot wasn’t that massive when it first appeared, but has got bigger in the last few days, SpaceWeather.com reported.
A climate activist named Rosemary Penwarden was jailed for 10 years after being found guilty of sending a fake letter to speakers of an oil industry conference. Penwarden said the letter was nothing but an attempt to draw the attention of oil industry officials towards the climate crisis threatening humanity.
Woman’s leg was amputated after it got stuck in a moving walkway at Bangkok airport. The 57-year-old woman was about to get on her flight from Bangkok’s Don Mueang airport to Nakhon Si Thammarat province but had her leg stuck in the moving walkway which was amputated by a medical team.
