US President Joe Biden has said that he is planning to run for the 2024 presidential elections but is not ready to announce it officially. The 80-year-old US President is yet to announce it formally along with US Vice-President Kamala Harris.
Planning But Not Ready To Announce
Joe Biden has, for months, repeatedly said that he will be running for the 2024 presidential elections and seek a second term in the office, but an official announcement is yet to come. According to unofficial sources, the top White House advisors are yet to announce and make formal arrangements for Biden’s election campaign. People speculated that he would run for the 2024 elections after his State of the Union speech in February.
What If Biden Doesn’t Run For Office
Majority of democrats are not in favor of Biden’s re-election but they wouldn’t challenge it if Biden runs for it. Other potential and senior candidates from Biden’s party are Marianne Williamson, who has already started her election campaign in March, nephew of Ex-President John F Kennedy, Robert F Kennedy Jr. The current Vice-President, Kamala Harris is also running for the 2024 presidential elections.
