Andrew Tate and his brother have been released from the Romanian jail and placed under house arrest. The two brothers have been in jail since December when they were charged for human trafficking, organized crime and rape. After constant appeals, Romanian judge ruled that Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate be put under house arrest.
Three Months Behind Bars
Andrew Tate and his brother were arrested when police raided multiple properties belonging to the brothers in December of last year. Earlier this month, Tate and three others accused attended a bail hearing with the expectation of Tate being granted house arrest instead of being in prison for almost three months. Just three days ago, Andrew Tate lost an appeal against a Romanian court, denying him bail for charges he is yet to be charged legally.

Moments after Andrew and Tristan were released from the prison, Andrew uploaded a video on twitter which said “Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan”. All four, including two associated women, were placed under house arrest until they had to appear before the court anytime soon.
