World leaders have arrived in Egypt for the 27th conference of world leaders. More than 120 world leaders including Britain’s new prime Minister Rishi Sunak and the US president, Joe Biden, are expected to attend the conference being held at Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. In 2022, the world saw devastating environmental changes all across the globe which makes the ongoing conference more important than anything else.
Do Or Die For Everyone
The climate situation has become absolutely uncontrollable in the past few years. It is expected that the conference will be taken seriously by everyone, especially the most vulnerable countries in the global south. The UAE’s president Sheikh Mohamed urged world leaders to invest in green energy because “the future of our children depends upon what steps we take now”.
Russia Must End War
The host of the recent conference and the president of Egypt, El Sisi mentioned that the “unnecessary” war in Ukraine must end. “This war and the suffering it’s caused must end,” he said.
