Physical activity is believed to have positive effects on the body, especially against covid19. The new study suggests that physical exercise leads to higher cure rates as compared to those who do not involve themselves in physical activities.
The Scientific Study
The study was conducted based on the data collected from China, where 279 Chinese cities were investigated in the study. The study went on for 2 years, from 2020 to 2022. It was concluded that physical exercise has magnificent benefits for the brain, and blood circulatory system and boosts the immune system which is the primary defense mechanism against pathogens.
More Benefits In Vulnerable Areas
The study also suggests that physical exercise leads to more benefits in high covid sensitive areas as compared to low-risk regions. Physical activity shows more ‘‘health benefits of physical exercise in areas with different risk levels,’’ the study says.
