An unidentified man opened fire in Mexico killing 12 people and injuring 3 others. The incident took place in the central Mexican city of Irapuato located in the state of Guanajuato. Police have initiated an investigation of the incident which seems like a rivalry between the 2 gangs.
Police Looking For Suspect
Just after the incident, the police started an investigation to find the potential suspect that killed a dozen people including 6 women. It has not yet been confirmed how many attackers were involved in the attack but the investigation is underway by the authorities. The incident occurred at around 8 pm.
Second Attack Within A Month
The recent attack is the 2nd such attack within a month in Mexico. On October 6, a gunman killed 10 men including the mayor in the state of Guerrero located in southern Mexico. Drug cartels have become so powerful that the country and police have lost all hope to contain and drop crime rates in Mexico.
