Frisco Students Detained After They Attack Disabled Boy

Frisco, TX – Two Frisco students have been taken into custody after they were caught on video “punching” another disabled student. They face a felony charge of injury to a disabled individual.

The incident occurred at “Lone Star High School” in Frisco, TX.

The Frisco Police Department said that, the students face one count each of injury to a disabled individual — a third-degree felony. All parties involved are juveniles, so their information has not been released.

The video showed 2 students harassing and punching a disabled student who was in a wheelchair, there were 6 students in the boy’s bathroom and you can hear them laughing.

“The Frisco Police Department said that the safety is a priority,” police Chief David Shilson said in a written statement. “Criminal behavior will not be tolerated, and all persons involved will be held accountable.”
