This month, Logitech said that it was collaborating with Tencent on a handheld gaming system that would support numerous cloud gaming services, such as Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA’s GeForce Now.
This comes as a surprise to many as Logitech is famous for creating keyboards, mouses, and other computer hardware devices but now seems to be entering the gaming world.

You can trace back the first handheld device to 1979 with CD-based Microvision and ever since then, the popularity of these gaming devices has grown with Gameboys, Playstations PSP, all the way to the recent Nintendo Switch.
The gaming industry produced $155 billion in revenue in 2020. Analysts forecast that the sector would earn more than $260 billion in sales by 2025.
This is the perfect time for Logitech to enter the industry.
