Russian billionaire, Yuri Milner, who is described as one of the world’s influential information technology investors. He is a cofounder and former chairperson of internet company Mail.Ru Group and a founder of investment firm DST Global, one of the largest and most influential venture firms in the world.

Yuri Milner is a Russian-born Billionaire and founder of mail.ru, which provides email services, similar to “Gmail”. He is also the chairperson of a VC firm. He is reportedly worth $7.3 Billion according to Forbes.
Milner was born in Moscow in 1961 to a Ukrainian-Jewish father and a Russian-Jewish mother. He graduated in theoretical physics from Moscow State University. He clarified that he has no been to russia since 2014 and has never met with Putin or even been on any groups with him.
