Federal Judge, Amit P. Mehta, in Washington ruled on Friday that three civil lawsuits against Donald J. Trump may proceed citing that the former president is not protected from immunity or first amendment rights.
Members of Congress and police officers who were on duty during the capitol during the attack — will be able to get information from Mr. Trump about he played in during the chaos at the building on Jan. 6, 2021. If found liable, Mr.Trump could be responsible for financial damage.
