Off-Duty NYPD Cop Busted For DWI After Queens Crash

On Tuesday morning, the NYPD busted an off-duty cop for DUI after he crashed into a car in Queens.

According to police, officer Patrick Gross, 32, was involved in an accident at the intersection of the Long Island Expressway and Cross Island Parkway at 3:50 a.m. Gross is accused of striking a vehicle.

The other driver and Gross were not injured, police said, but Gross was uncooperative, they said. Gross joined the NYPD in 2015.
