General Electric is approaching a $30 billion or more arrangement to consolidate its airplane renting business with Ireland’s AerCap Holdings, the Wall Street Journal covered Sunday referring to individuals acquainted with the matter.
Subtleties of how the arrangement would be organized were not quickly known, yet a declaration is normal Monday, accepting the discussions don’t self-destruct, the WSJ said.
