US President Joe Biden has finally publicly acknowledged having his seventh granddaughter after repeated refusals to do so. Biden has repeatedly refused to acknowledge Hunter Biden’s daughter for years citing privacy reasons.
Biden Said It’s Personal
In response to criticisms, Biden said the issue is not political but rather a family issue. Biden’s 53-year-old son, Hunter was sued by Ms Roberts when he refused to accept the child in 2019. In his memoir published in 2021, Hunter claimed that he was struggling with an intense addiction of alcohol and cocaine at the time for which he had “taken responsibility”.
Biden Criticized For Cover-up
Biden’s grand-daughter Navy was born in 2019, but he refused to acknowledge having a 7th grandchild due to his son’s conduct. He has been criticized by both the republicans and fellow democrats, accusing him of being hypocritical about his public persona.
