Is this the final fall of Prince Andrew? After years of scandal, King Charles has stripped his brother of the title “Prince.”
He has also ordered him to vacate his lavish Windsor residence, Royal Lodge.
From now on, he’ll simply be Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.
The move follows renewed public outrage over Andrew’s ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The outrage was reignited by the late Virginia Giuffre’s memoir.
It alleged she was forced into sex with Andrew as a teenager — claims he has always denied.
Royal Reckoning Continues
In a blunt statement, Buckingham Palace said the King had “initiated a formal process to remove the style, titles, and honours of Prince Andrew.”

Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy praised the decision, calling it “a powerful message to victims of grooming and abuse.”

Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson will also move out, while their daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, keep their royal titles.
For the Palace, the move aims to close one of the most damaging chapters in modern royal history.
