Trump Delays TikTok Ban Again What’s Behind The Move?

Trump to extend US TikTok ban deadline, White House says.

TikTok isn’t going anywhere—at least not yet.

President Trump has once again hit the pause button on America’s looming TikTok ban.

He is giving the wildly popular app another 90 days to sort out its future.

“President Trump will sign an additional Executive Order this week to keep TikTok up and running.”

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed this.

The app’s Chinese owner, ByteDance, was supposed to sell to a U.S. buyer or face a ban. That deadline? Missed. Again.

So why the delay? Trump says he’s “probably” going to extend the deadline.

“We’ll probably have to get China approval,” he told the BBC.

“I think we’ll get it. I think President Xi will ultimately approve it.”

But here’s the twist—Trump actually likes TikTok now.

What’s The Reason?

He claims it helped him win young voters in 2024.

Reality check: Most of Gen Z backed Kamala Harris. Still, the love affair continues.

Analyst Kelsey Chickering from Forrester isn’t buying the “ban” hype anymore.

“What ban? This next round for TikTok isn’t uncertain at all,” she said.

TikTok’s latest AI video tools rollout signals confidence, not panic.

And who might scoop it up? Oracle’s in the mix. So is MrBeast. Yep, the world’s biggest YouTuber wants in.

For now? TikTok’s dance party in America keeps playing.
