An explosion ripped through a parking lot near a fertility clinic on Friday, killing one person and injuring four others.
The FBI now calls it an “intentional act of terrorism.”
The blast, heard miles away, shattered windows and nerves.
“I was knocked off my bike,” said local Michael Beaumier.
“Windows shattered all around me.”
The American Reproductive Centers, just steps from the epicenter, was spared—no staff injured, no eggs or embryos harmed.
But the shock was seismic.
“It sounded like a plane crash,” said Rhino Williams, a nearby restaurant owner.
He ran toward the smoke and rubble, past a burning car axle and a mysteriously untouched iPhone on a tripod—possibly recording it all.

What’s The Response?
Though authorities say they have a “person of interest,” there’s no active manhunt. For now.
“This was terrorism,” said FBI Special Agent Akil Davis.
He added investigators are still determining if it was domestic or international.
Dr. Maher Abdallah, who runs the clinic, summed it up: “Thank God we had no patients today.”
One thing’s certain—Palm Springs will be asking “why?” for a long time.
