Andrew and Tristan Tate Touch Down in the US After Court Lifts Ban

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate lands in US

Andrew and Tristan Tate have landed in Florida, trading Romanian courtrooms for American soil after prosecutors lifted their two-year travel ban.

But don’t mistake this for a clean break—the brothers, facing serious charges including human trafficking, remain under judicial control and must return to Romania.

Trump Denies Involvement

The Tate’s, who have denied all allegations, left Bucharest on a private jet, with Andrew telling reporters they’re “misunderstood.”

Prosecutors, however, were quick to clarify that the case against them is alive.

Their arrival has sparked whispers of political influence, with some questioning whether the Trump administration pressured Romania to ease restrictions.

The US president denied involvement, saying, “I know nothing about that.”

Meanwhile, the Tate brothers’ lawyer, Joseph McBride, suggested their return was strategic, saying they “feel secure in America” because of Trump.

Legal troubles aren’t exactly in the rearview—besides their Romanian charges, the brothers face a civil case in the US and the UK.
