An interesting poll findings have revealed how Canadians are thinking about the changing landscape of conflicts and the possibility of the third world war.
The polls found out that around 37% of the Canadian population thinks the World War is just around the corner and the country is not ready for it.
WW3 in Five Years
The survey conducted by the Abacus Data revealed that Canadians were not quite optimistic about the possibility of WW3.
Around 37% of the respondents said they think the next war will break out within the next five to ten years.
Another 21% said a global standoff between world powers will “probably” take place in the coming ten years.
Canada is Not Ready
When asked about if “Canada is ready to fight a war”, 55% of the respondents were not confident the country could survive.
The polls show mixed as the country maneuvers to survive amid a highly volatile geopolitical situation on the global stage.
