A survey released by the World Economic Forum has predicted that an unequal world awaits for humanity as Artificial Intelligence is expected to evolve more.
World’s top economists agreed that AI will increase the gap between North and South in the next three years.
94% of the experts said the world economy will grow due to AI but six out of ten economic experts were worried about the gap.
Growth To Differ
The survey was published just before the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in the Swiss resort of Davos.
It painted an unequal picture with the current leading economies getting the most out of AI then the high-income economies.
94% of economists expect AI to fundamentally skyrocket productivity in high-income economies over the next five years.
The low income economies will extract only around 54% from advances in AI, the report mentioned.
