A video has been released by the Iranian Navy showcasing drone footage of the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier as it traverses the Hormuz Strait.
While it’s customary for US ships to navigate through the strait, the current geopolitical tensions could carry repercussions.

CENTCOM Confirmed The Incident
This incident occurred on November 26, during the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower’s passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
The US Central Command confirmed the entry of the aircraft carrier into the Persian Gulf waters on the same day.
The Iranian Navy claims to have cautioned the strike force to alter its course and land its helicopters.

Iran Forced US Aircraft Carrier
According to the Iranian Navy, they compelled the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower to change its trajectory.
IRGC Navy General Alireza Tangsiri stated that drones were deployed to guide it southward in the Gulf.
In late October, the US Defense Secretary mentioned that the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower was deployed to discourage interference by other actors in the Middle East crisis.
