A rare video has surfaced online urging the Russian soldiers to out and speak the “truth” about the war. The CIA released a video targeting the officials affiliated with the Russian government to speak up against the unjust war.
CIA Thinks Russians Are Dissatisfied
The video entitled “Why I made contact with the CIA – for myself” shows a Russian government official entering a government building. The Russian voice over continues in the background saying that one should not distort the truth. The CIA Director William Burns claimed that they were accepting dissatisfied Russians who could provide critical information.

The video also shows the Russian official contacting the Central Intelligence Agency. On their social media accounts, the CIA continuously lays down information on how to contact the agency if anyone has helpful information.
