Dismembered Body of German Businessman Found in Thailand

Thailand police have discovered the dismembered body of a German businessman who was reported missing on 4 July. The 62-year-old businessman named Hans-Peter Mack went missing on 4 July and Thai police were investigating his disappearance. Mack’s dead body was discovered in a freezer at a house in the southern city of Thailand, Nong Prue.

Family Offered $86,000 Award

According to a missing person announcement circulated by his family, Mack was last seen operating his Mercedes sedan in Pattaya, a seaside town located in the southern region of Thailand. The family has announced a reward of 3 million baht ($86,000) for any valuable details that could assist in locating him.

2 Suspects in Custody

Thai police have arrested two German suspects in connection with the death of Mack. On Tuesday evening in Bangkok, authorities arrested a 52-year-old German man, while earlier in the day, a 47-year-old German woman turned herself in to the police.
