Police Found 500 Pounds Of Pasta Dumped In New Jersey

The Police department in central New Jersey is investigating something awkward after they were contacted by the Department of Public Works. The DPW found 500 pounds of pasta dumped along Hilliard and Mimi roads.

A Mystery

Around April 28, around 500 pounds of pasta was dumped in a river basin and gained significant attention after pictures of it were shared on the “Old Bridge New Jersey” Facebook page by Nina Jochnowitz, a previous City Council candidate. The incident has become an unsolved mystery which the police is investigating.

Police Cleaned The Pasta

According to the town business administrator, a police officer was sent to the scene and filed a report. Afterwards, two workers from the Public Works department efficiently cleaned up the pasta within an hour and disposed of it correctly.
