Elon Musk Buying Twitter
Elon Musk agreed to buy Twitter for $44 billion on April 25th, a triumph for the world’s richest man over the prominent social network.
Since last week, the deal has been put on pause by Musk.
Fake Accounts On Twitter
SparkToro and Followerwonk, two group doing study on Twitter fake accounts, founded that Musk has 23.42% fake followers out of his 93 million followers.
This has lead to Musk stating that he does not want to pay the amount that agreed on because of the number of fake accounts across Twitter.
However, Twitter has claimed that less than 5% of their total accounts are fake or bot accounts.
